Cavaliers (6-0): 99 - Rockets (5-1): 78

Both teams came into this game undefeated, but the Cavaliers absolutely dominated the Rockets. The game was never really close after the first quarter ended. Just as he has all summer, Isaiah Mobley led Cleveland by getting a double-double with 28 points and 11 rebounds. After this performance, Mobley was awarded the MVP for the NBA Summer League Championship. Additionally, Sam Merrill significantly helped the team by scoring 27 points and hitting 6 three-pointers. Merrill came into this game showing everyone that he deserved to be on the All-NBA Summer League First Team. His teammate, Emoni Bates, also made the All-NBA Summer League Second Team and scored 19 points on Monday. The future's looking bright for the Cavaliers as they have a bunch of young talent that will look to be a part of their rotation once the regular season rolls around.
